Rare Out-of-Print Indie Rock Grail — Original 2002 Self-Released Printing
Up for sale is a highly collectible, original physical copy of Mike Doughty’s legendary live album, Smofe + Smang: Live in Minneapolis.
This acoustic live performance was recorded at the 400 Bar in February 2000. It was entirely self-released by Doughty in 2002 in an extremely limited run of only 2,500 copies, sold primarily at his live shows. Because this album is completely out of print and unavailable on mainstream streaming services, it is highly sought after by Soul Coughing and Mike Doughty completists.
Condition Details:
- Disc (Playing Surface): Very Good Plus (VG+) to Near Mint (NM). The reflective surface is beautiful, bright, and shiny. Under direct light, there are only a couple of incredibly faint, microscopic hairline scuffs near the outer edge. It has been tested and plays flawlessly from start to finish.
- Inserts/Liner Notes: Excellent/Near Mint. Crisp, clean, vibrant colors, and completely free of any tears, stains, or writing.
- Jewel Case: Original standard black-tray jewel case with normal light shelf wear. No major cracks or broken hinges.
