Vintage French military M-51 shelter half, triangular shaped tarp based on the German M-31 shelter half pattern, produced by the french army in the 1950 in a Lizard camouflage canvas.

It has both tack buttons and aluminium alloy "Équipements militaires" buttons.

Dated 1954, it might have been used in Indochina or Algeria.

Designed to be used as a poncho or combined to be used as a tent.

Manufacturer and military stamps, might have been used by special TAP paratrooper forces or TTA regiment.

In very good condition, maybe deadstock, small flaw near the corner, see pictures.
