Tape Mould.
I bought this a long time ago from a local video rental shop. The owner had a frustrating habit of storing films in plastic pouches if they weren't out on the shop floor. That's why the sleeve is a little crumpled as it's been wrapped around the tape, and you'll also see puncture marks from an old staple at the top of the spine. I'll send it in a conventional plastic box case, which will also naturally flatten out the sleeve. Sold as seen Please refer to the images provided.
