This meter is new and unused old stock. We replaced the original battery and turned the unit on to ensure proper operation but other than that it has never been used or handled in any way. Everything is 100% complete, new, and fully guaranteed!  Includes the 76 meter, original Fluke TL75 probes, all original printed documentation, etc in the original retail box!  There is some very slight wear / marking on the outside of the box but all contents are perfect and untouched.
