There was a range of mega packs released and the Disney version is rare.  The games came originally via a downland code.   The codes/slip are not included however the games are all installed and playable. Tested and working

The console will not be factory reset, so the account that remains on there will have the games associated to it.  I presume if reset these will be lost.  That may be correct.
