The AdvanceUp dual-motor electric standing desk is equipped with a powerful Lift system that silently and effortlessly elevates your workstation to your ideal position. Now the LED touch control box is upgraded with a USB port outlet for charging/powering your phone or other devices while you are at work, and also with programmable height presets to give you alarm for changing your postures while at work.

The dual motor frame creates a 1” per second lift speed. The convenient touch screen controller features customizable settings for desired user heights. You can program up to 4 heights so you can get that perfect height each time. The solidly constructed steel legs utilize telescopic height adjustment that ranges from 28” to 47” and can hold up to 220lbs. The length of the frame can be adjusted from 45"-63".

Returns & Policies

We will accept returns for any reason on brand new and unused items with 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in 100% brand new, re-sellable condition, and in the original packaging (box). Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our criteria of 'brand new & re-sellable' - items not meeting this criteria will be issued a partial refund or be denied completely. All returns are subjected to a restocking fee of 10% or more, depending on the condition of your return. Generally, if the item has been tried, assembled, or utilized the item will not be accepted for a return.

Defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund however, Crosslinks will require photos (or video) of the defect prior to authorizing the return. For damaged/defective/wrong items, please message us and we'll be happy to walk you through our return process. Crosslinks will cover all shipping charges in these situations. However, we must be notified of damaged/defective/wrong item(s) within 3 business days of receiving item(s). There are no warranties expressed or implied on our products. We guarantee the product to be free from defects of workmanship for 30 days from date of sale.

All returns require an RMA number. Please message us and we will issue an RMA number, which must written down on the return packing slip, invoice, or label. Returns without an RMA will be rejected or their refund delayed. Customers must cover the return shipping cost. We require a tracking number on all returns. It is also strongly recommended that insurance is purchased. In the event of lost or damaged returns due to shipping, customers will be able to issue a claim with the shipping company.
