Item Description
A charming vintage children's wooden armchair, featuring a beautifully proportioned solid timber frame together with an attractive woven cane back.
The chair has a wonderfully simple yet elegant design, with broad curved arms, a solid wooden seat and a woven cane back panel that gives it plenty of warmth and character.
Its smaller proportions make it ideal as a child's chair, while it would also work beautifully as a decorative nursery piece, bedroom chair, hallway feature or display item.
The warm timber colour and traditional craftsmanship give the chair a timeless appearance, making it equally at home in both period and contemporary interiors.
A lovely decorative piece with genuine vintage character.
Presented in good vintage condition overall.
The chair is solid and sturdy, making it perfectly usable.
The woven cane back remains largely intact, although there are a few small breaks to the cane which are visible in the photographs. These do not detract significantly from the overall appearance but have been reflected in the condition.
There are general age-related marks, light knocks and signs of previous use throughout, all consistent with a genuine vintage chair.
Please study all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the description and provide the best indication of overall condition.
