Kingston 1GB Kit of 2x512MB KTA-MP667AK2/1G memory RAM designed for servers and Apple computers. The RAM modules have a form factor of FB-DIMM and are ECC RAM type with a bus speed of PC2-5300 (DDR2-667). I haven't tested them but they were 100% working when I took them out of my computer years ago and have since sat on a shelf.
