The Blue Seal E32D4 is an electric convection oven, with a 166 litre and 4 x 1/1 GN capacity suitable for baking, roasting and holding for every need. With up to 20 programmes to choose from, this unit is simple to use with electronic controls with digital time and temperature display. The E32D4 makes for easy cleaning with a vitreous enamel oven chamber and is supplied with 4 oven wire racks as standard.
