This Vintage Shade is a unique and stylish light shade that adds a retro touch to any room.

A mid century design - might be - a Rotaflex make but it is not confirmed - Rotaflex didn’t mark their products, usually. The style matches with the 1950’s nylon-acetate/cellulose-acetate made lampshades/light shades.

These plastic made shade invention’s originally coming from France, but Rotaflex was a British company, founded in 1953.

The shape of this shade has different names: UFO style, saucer style, Saturn style.

The top half is pink colour - the saucer part.

A frosted glass effect ribbed diffuser cup underneath (also plastic).

The shade is in good vintage condition with minimum imperfections due to age and use.
