Tempest WarmaRug Thermal System. WarmaRug System is a versatile system that allows you to add and remove insulating layers from your turnout rugin a rapid and hassle-free manner. This system is designed to help with fluctuating temperatures. This layer, which weighs 100g, can be worn underneath turnout rugs in combo or conventional neck arrangements. The liner is secured to normal neck outers by touch close straps on either side of the shoulders. This is done to prevent the liner from being exposed to rain, but it may also be used with combo rugs. In order to secure the rear of the liner to the rear D-rings of the rug, snap clips are utilised. Tempest and Highlander turnout rugs are both compatible with this product.
