This is a vintage Walt Disney Productions Winnie the Pooh & Friends 8" plastic plate.  It's Artisan Ware by National Home Products, Inc. the plate is in preowned vintage condition with some surface marks and slight fade in color, still very charming.  Let me know if you have any questions.  The plate will be shipped quickly and will be packed with great care.
