Beautiful 1980s Diane Freis Georgette sheer pleated dress with smocked waist with exquisite details. The main body of the dress is made with a royal blue fabric with multicolor paisley, gold chains, and jewels print. A sewn in scarf falls in both front and back from the right shoulder, bordered in polka dot fabric. The 3/4 length sleeves have a peek-a-boo panel of the same polka dot fabric.
