Full engine rebuild kit consisting of:

Mitaka Piston Kit

Piston - High silicon cast aluminium alloy, CNC machined, Teflon coating in high friction areas.

Rings - Are the best available! Riken are the same manufacturers used on many Japanese and European OEM pistons.

Gudgeon Pin - Hollow, forged, steel alloy, high strength and hardness. Circlips included.

The kit that will be sent out will include a B size piston kit (53.95mm - Standard Size). If you wish to change to an A size (53.94mm), C size (53.96mm), D size (53.97mm), Oversize 54.50mm bore, 55.00mm or 55.50mm please leave a note.

Mitaka Gasket Set

Head gasket, Base gasket, Exhaust valve gaskets, Exhaust pipe O-rings, Clutch cover gasket, Side case gasket, Crankcase halves gasket, Water pump gasket, Hydraulic clutch gasket, Ignition cover gasket & various o-rings if required.

Mitaka Seal Set

Includes all seals required, Main bearings, Countershaft, Clutch rod lever, Gear shift shaft, Water pump, etc

Mitaka Complete Crank

Complete crank precision trued, engineered to OEM specification and materials using precision machining techniques. High quality heat treated steel alloy crank webs, chromed crank pin, quality big end roller bearing designed for high speeds (usually with flat silver bearing cages), forged shot peened connecting rod made using the latest steel alloy for OEM quality and strength, copper or silver thrust washers designed for high oil flow.

OEM Spec Main Bearings

The bearings used are high quality Japanese bearings from the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the bearings used in most Japanese and European MX bikes. The ball bearing used in this kit is Koyo, NTN for the roller bearing.
