Other than some light creasing here and there and some surface wear to the cover is still very presentable as it is. It's not torn and binder ( staples ) are still in tack keeping it together as it shouts should be.  Very cool part of rock and roll history to have.  Had it for some time but as I get older I'm more and more likely to start getting rid of things I don't actually use.  Will be packaged securely as all my auctions are. I have another Van Halen concert brochure is also listed in a seperate auction . Good luck
