Here is a 3 1/2" Diameter Steam Whistle Without Valve.

The bell measures 3 1/2" wide, and 5 1/4" tall. Overall height is 11 1/2", and has a 1" connecting inlet.

It is in very good overall condition with no dents in the bell.

I did take this whistle apart to lightly clean it inside and out, and is in working condition.

If you like to buff whistles up to a high shine, this one would look very nice once finished.
