1941 Japanese Navy porcelain award statue of Fleet Admiral Tōgō Heihachirō. This award was presented to Navy personnel in recognition of their outstanding achievements. The statue depicts Tōgō in uniform, standing on a base inscribed with “昭和十六年海軍検定褒賞” (Showa 16 Navy Award).

Heihachiro Tōgō (東郷 平八郎):
Heihachiro Tōgō was a renowned Japanese naval officer and Admiral of the Navy. He played a key role as commander of the Japanese Navy during the Meiji era, contributing to victories in both the First Sino-Japanese War and the Russo-Japanese War. Notably, during the Russo-Japanese War, he commanded the Japanese fleet to defeat the Russian Baltic Fleet at the Battle of the Sea of Japan.
