This vintage 1950s clear glass candlestick was designed by Tapio Wirkkala for Iittala, Finland, as part of the model 3412 series. The piece is characterized by a modernist trumpet silhouette, featuring a slender, tapered neck that transitions into a broad, flared, and heavily weighted circular top.


The candlestick is constructed from thick-walled clear glass with a high-polish finish, relying on its minimalist geometric form and the refractive properties of the material rather than surface ornamentation. A recessed socket is located at the top of the stem to accommodate a standard taper candle. The base of the item is etched with a maker signature. Dimensions: 4.00"L  x 4.00"W  x 5.50"H
