A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received after 8 days of auction.

Delivery details

Item will be shipped within 1 business day after confirmed payment.
Please contact us if you do not receive the item over 5-7 days, we will investigate and solve the delivery problem.
Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Terms of sales

All of our items are shipped out in brand new. We offer full refunds or exchange for defective items only.

If you have received the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 3 days after receiving.

Full refund only applies for defective items and it must be sent back to us in the original condition. Including the original accessories and all packing materials.

Restocking Fee will be charged for any item(s) without original package, abused, altered, or damaged by accident. If the order is not found to be defective, we will only refund 80% of your original payment.

Please keep your accessories and all packing materials in new condition in order to return.

We will not accept returns with missing accessories or packaging.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
