Victorian Repousse Footed Sterling Salt Cellar With Clear Hand Shaped Glass Insert with No Mono. No hallmarks but it was with a Gorham collection and tests sterling silver.  (Any contrary information would be gratefully acknowledged). The glass insert has a hand cut star on bottom and shaping along the top edges and has a small chip on one edge.  The sterling weighs 15g and the celler is 1.5 inches tall with glass in place.
