Returns & Warranty
- Faulty / damaged in transit / wrong item: message us within 14 days of delivery — clear photos (or a short video) showing the item and the issue are required before a return or replacement can go ahead. Once confirmed, the return postage is on us (prepaid label or pickup) and you can choose a replacement, spare parts, or a full refund.
- Changed your mind? No problem within 14 days — the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer and the original postage isn't refundable.
- Please contact us via eBay before sending anything back — unapproved returns can't be processed.
