Collectable Scottish Studio Pottery

A lovely matching pair of hand-thrown and hand-painted studio pottery bowls by Scottish ceramic artist Irma Demianczuk, each decorated with one of her wonderfully expressive cat designs. One features a ginger and white cat, the other a black cat with turquoise stripes, both painted in Irma’s distinctive, playful style.

Beautiful examples of contemporary Scottish studio pottery, these bowls have an appealing warmth and individuality that only handmade pieces possess. They display wonderfully together and would make an excellent addition to a collection of Irma Demianczuk’s work, Scottish ceramics, or cat-themed art pottery.

Both bowls are signed to the underside and are in excellent vintage condition, free from chips, cracks or repairs, with only light signs of careful use.
