  • This Undivided Back Postcard shows an image of Lake Elizabeth in West Park Allegheny City Pennsylvania.
  • The lake shows more to the left and to the right is a path and a rocky pile on the edge.  There is at least one person seated on the rocks, and one more seated on a bench behind the rocks.
  • To the left is either a small island or a protruding portion of that bank, also stacked with a flat rock pile. Behind that one can just make out a bridge.
  • In the center of the image is a tall tower with 3 or 4 lights at the very top, some sort of light tower to light up the park in the evenings.
  • ON THE FRONT: "Lake West Park, Alleghany, Pa."

    CONDITION: Used with writing, stamp and postmark.  There is a short message written on the front in the bottom white border. The corners are rounded and soft. The postcard has darkened or yellowed with age.  The corner points are a bit dull.
