Placed in sleeve + toploader when I first got it. There is minor blemish/indentation on the back top right side. That is how I got it. It seems pretty common with these premium gold cards so please do not expect it to be perfect. Condition is ungraded and photos show the actual item. Please review all photos for the actual condition. The last four photos were retaken in direct sunlight to show the condition more clearly. Will ship with care and with tracking!
