✨ An elegant and increasingly difficult-to-find vintage pair of Lamberton Ivory China "Marianna" demitasse saucers featuring delicate pastel floral bouquets, refined gold rim accents, luminous ivory china construction, and timeless American craftsmanship that brings classic sophistication to any china collection.
Produced by Lamberton China in the beloved Marianna pattern, these graceful demitasse saucers beautifully reflect the refined floral dinnerware designs that became popular throughout the mid-20th century. Soft bouquets of pink, blue, yellow, and lavender flowers are framed by delicate gold trim against a warm ivory background, creating an elegant look that remains just as inviting today. Whether completing a treasured family heirloom, replacing missing pieces, or beginning a vintage china collection, these authentic American-made saucers offer lasting beauty, versatility, and enduring appeal.
The glossy ivory china changes beautifully throughout the day. In bright natural sunlight, the creamy glaze develops a soft luminous glow while the gold trim gently catches the light and the floral bouquets become especially vibrant. Under evening lighting, the ivory body takes on a warmer, richer appearance that enhances the romantic vintage character of the pattern. These subtle lighting changes allow the saucers to display beautifully whether arranged inside a china cabinet, displayed in a hutch, set on a dining table, or enjoyed as part of an elegant coffee or tea service.
Perfect for serving espresso, demitasse coffee, Turkish coffee, or other specialty beverages, these saucers are equally desirable as replacement pieces for discontinued dinnerware, additions to existing Marianna collections, elegant display pieces, tea parties, bridal showers, cottage-inspired kitchens, farmhouse décor, traditional dining rooms, or carefully curated vintage home collections.
One of the greatest appeals of discontinued china is the opportunity to reunite sets that have been separated over time. Whether a favorite saucer was chipped, broken, misplaced during a move, or simply disappeared after decades of family gatherings, authentic replacement pieces help restore treasured place settings and preserve heirloom collections for future generations. Original Lamberton Marianna pieces have become increasingly difficult to locate, making matching examples especially desirable for collectors and replacement buyers.
