Payment

Payment is processed securely through eBay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed after eBay confirms the transaction.

Shipping

• Normally processed within 1 business day unless otherwise stated. Weekends, holidays, and announced vacation periods are excluded.
• Orders placed after approximately 8 AM ET Friday or before a holiday may ship the next business day.
• For free-shipping listings, PC Planet may select the carrier.
• Paid expedited services should meet or exceed the selected transit commitment.
• Tracking is uploaded to eBay.
• Combined shipping may be available for compatible items purchased together.

Returns & Compatibility

The individual eBay listing’s return policy controls eligibility, timing, and who pays return shipping.

Buyer-responsibility situations include changed mind, ordering the wrong item, no longer needing it, or another purchasing error. Buyer-paid return shipping may apply where permitted by the listing and eBay.

Returned merchandise must be the exact item purchased and in the same condition received, including parts, accessories, labels, packaging, and serial-numbered components.

If merchandise is returned used, altered, damaged, incomplete, missing parts or accessories, or damaged due to inadequate return packaging, PC Planet may deduct for actual loss in value where eBay permits it.

Part swapping, component substitution, serial-number mismatches, removed components, or returning a different item are not acceptable and may be reported to eBay.

Compatibility: Buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
