Please note - i have repaired over 3000 remotes with only 40 that i could not fix as the  circuit board inside was cracked 

The repaired remote will have 2 screws next to the display as the remote is held together with plastic clips that break when the remote is opened and the only way to hold remote together is with these screws-see photos

i do have a limited number of spare remotes for $300 Change over(i keep your old remote)with 12 months warrant

comes with written instructions on how to code remote to heater/cooler, as well as phone help to code if needed.
