Vintage M-47 / 53 army green cargo trousers size 33

These are original french M-47 trousers from the 50's, with a high waist cut and wide legs, cargo pockets and ankle straps.

Third version, modified in 1953, with two visible waist buttons.

Made in France from a very nice olive green cotton twill fabric, with brown bakelite buttons, reinforced knees, beige lining, two front pockets, and two buttoned flap pockets on the back.
Manufacturer stamp (Desmet Nice) inside the waist.

Tagged as a size 33 in french military vintage sizing, they fit like a current W36, see measurements for more details on the size.
