This is a metal bottle opener advertising Imperial Whiskey by Hiram Walker.  It was made in Peoria, IL, USA.  It says Imperial Whiskey by Hiram Walker on one side and Blended whiskey 86 proof 70% neutral grain spirits Hiram Walker & Sons Inc Peoria, Ill on the other side.  No markings as to when it was made.  It is 5" long and about 2" wide at the top.  It is silver metal and has some surface rust, wear, and scratches from age and use.  There is a hole at the end for hanging and there are different types of openers, one on each end.  A cool advertising piece!
