Up for sale is a single card of Soundwave from the yamakatsu transformers minicard set.

All singles being sold from the Yamakatsu set were pack pulled and immediately sleeved and top loaded by me personally.

1985 Transformers Japanese mini-cards were licensed through Takara NTV merchandising and manufactured by Yamakatsu in 1985.

This minicard set consists of 48 non-numbered base cards. 20 Autobot, 20 Decepticon, and 8 “versus” cards featuring one character from each faction on a shared card.

They were distributed in small retail boxes that consisted of 27 sealed packs of three cards per pack, three booster boxes of fifteen cards each, and a small sealed prize pack of three special packs that contained three cards each. One of which was a “lucky” prize card with additional red kanji on the back.
