Although smaller than a full-size gayageum, it is a playable musical instrument rather than a decorative model.

EASY PIN TUNING
The pitch can be adjusted using the included tuning tool.
Turn the tuning pins clockwise to raise the pitch and counterclockwise to lower it.
The tuning pins are positioned along one side of the instrument.
When playing, place the instrument with the tuning-pin side facing upward as shown in the product images.
MODERN GAYAGEUM STRINGS
This instrument uses high-quality modern gayageum strings developed by Hanullim.
The strings are designed to reduce finger discomfort while offering stable tension, good durability, and elasticity similar to traditional silk strings.
They also allow a wider range of playing techniques than ordinary decorative strings.
MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION
The gayageum board is manufactured through a China OEM supplier.
Korean-made modern strings and Korean components are used, and the instrument is completed, assembled, tuned, and quality-inspected in South Korea by Hanullim.
The body is made of peach wood.
The playing method and tuning are similar to those of a standard 12-string gayageum. However, because of its compact size, the pitch may sound slightly higher than that of a full-size instrument.
The spacing between the strings is approximately 1 cm (0.39 in).
