Item up for bid is an incredible antique pocket telescope spyglass called the PokeScope Jr made sometime around 1925 by Wollensak of Rochester, NY. this piece bears a maker and model mark around the framing of the objective lens side with lettering showing some wear. Glass presents a clear image to us when we view through it with some interior dust visible so the most discriminating of collectors may desire an interior cleaning. Item is constructed of metal that is non magnetic when tested with a black finish over the surfaces. Some of the areas where black finish has worn shows what appears to be a brass finish.

When extended this piece shows a non brass metal tubing. When in resting position this piece measures 1-5/8" in length and when extended this piece measures 3-1/8" in length. Item measures 0-3/4" wide across the objective lens side.Incredible miniature that comes fresh to the market from a recent estate buyout. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
