1: Right of withdrawal.
The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days, from the date of receipt of the products purchased by the customer, to exercise his right of withdrawal for reimbursement and therefore return the products to the company without having to justify the reason (article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code). In the case of a multiple order, in other words an order for several products, the withdrawal period will run from receipt of the last product.
2: Exclusions.
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for customizable books, audio, video or computer software recordings unsealed by the customer.
3 Returns.
In this case, the company will respond to the customer by email indicating the procedure to follow to obtain their refund. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and it is specified that the risks of return transport of the product are the responsibility of the customer. On this point, the company therefore advises the customer to ensure that the package is insured with the carrier for a value at least equal to the price of the returned products.
In the event that the product is damaged and/or incomplete, the customer will not be able to validly assert his right of withdrawal.
New products must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. Specifically, they must be new and free from any defects, unused and never unpacked, and always kept in their original sealed carton or sealed blister.
The return of the product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The refund will be made on the day of receipt of the product if the return conditions as indicated above are respected.
