A matching group of four original vintage black-and-white photographs documenting a wedding in Blackpool, believed to date from around the 1940s. The photographs show several different scenes from the same occasion, including: The bride and groom with family members The bride greeting guests Members of the wedding party posed beside period motor cars A scene from the wedding reception Each photograph is presented in a matching cream folding card mount with an embossed decorative border and wedding-bell motif. The mounts are stamped: The Northern Camera Lytham Road Blackpool The people are unidentified and no precise date is recorded. Approximate dimensions: Each closed mount measures 18cm x 14cm. Photograph sizes vary. Condition: Vintage condition with age-related toning, discolouration, small marks, creasing and general handling wear to the card mounts. There is a small nick to one mount and some wear around the edges and folds. The photographs have light age-related surface marks but remain clear and presentable.
