The Yaskawa CDBR-4030B dynamic braking unit is designed for use with compatible industrial AC drive systems. This 400V-class unit supports a rated motor capacity of 30 kW and operates from a DC input of 510–660V at 15A. It helps manage regenerative motor energy during deceleration, improving braking performance in applications requiring frequent stops or shorter deceleration times. The unit includes its integrated heat sink, mounting base, protective housing, indicator section, and attached connection leads.
