Please note the pops condition in the photos provided. any notable damage will be photographed & noted in the listing title OR description. otherwise all pop! are considered NEW. They have never been removed from the box. Most boxes are in near mint condition or have general "wear" from being displayed and or moved & stored over time. 

Some Pop! come with a protector (Noted in the listing title) Some of these protectors might not be 100% "Flawless" Some Protectors might be a little foggy or have sticker residue on them. The Pop! inside is not affected.

Most, but not all of our Retro Video Games are tested and working at the time of listing. Please be mindful when purchasing that if you are intending to play any of these games that they have a very small chance of not working properly (mostly referring to ps1/ps2 discs) 

Please never hesitate to ask for disc photos. 

Cartridge games are 10x less likely to experience any play issues as they are much more resilient. 

--RETURNS: 

BUYER PAYS for any items they wish to return. Items must be received back in original condition or we claim the right to deduct a percentage of the refund. 

--BROKEN CONSOLES & AS IS ITEMS. 

We do not accept returns for AS-IS purchases. Please do not open a NAD (not as described) case if you have an issue with one of these orders. Contact us directly and we will try to work with you to find a reasonable solution. 

All of our Broken console / accsessory listings are again, AS IS. The entire condition of these products is not 100% known. They are not "playable" and will have physcial defects (loose parts, broken clips, scattches, missing parts ect) these physical defects may not all be perfectly pictured as we can not photograph somthing that might be wiggly or loose ect. 

They will also 100% have internal defects that is the leading cause as to why they are considered "un playable" 

Any KNOWN issues about these types of listings will be specificly listed. Ex: YLOD or No HHD

Even our Broken/as-is items are packed securly in bubble wrap to prevent further damage in shipping.
