We accept payment only with the ebay payment system and PayPal. The ebay Payment system will allow you to use your Credit and Debit Card. We will only ship when ebay have confirmed payment is received.

Shipping

All orders are processed within one business days and sometimes the same day. We only dispatch Monday to Friday although deliveries can happen Monday to Saturday. You can expect a delivered on weekends if they are not sent via heavy courier. We do offer an express postage option for the next working day although please note this is not guaranteed for Saturdays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you .

We will use Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, UPS, DHL Collect+ and many other. All our items are in the UK and dispatched from the UK. We do not use a third party and ship the items ourselves.

Returns

Should your item arrive defective we will happily allow a return for a replacement or refund (within 14 days. Please contact us should this happen as we are a friendly team who will help resolve any issues.
