As you see the lot has 2 Spode Christmas Tree designs, one the ceramic 12 1/2" Plate in perfect condition, and the ferrous metal (steel?) tea pot which was used only a few times before put into decades of storage.  The tea pot was made for Spode in China, the original label still being on the bottom, .revealing how few times it was used.  It still has an instruction paper in it.
