Comes with With Pentium 4@3.00GHz, I/O shield, Heat sink. The tech states this-Vintage / Retro. The 4th ram stick does not work, It has 4 1GB sticks of ram, but would read 3GB in the bios with all 4 installed, I swapped them around several times but couldn't get the 4th stick to initialize. The 4th slot did initialize one of the other sticks.
