These unusual promotional packs were released through a collaboration between PopCap Games and the American Dental Association. Each sealed foil pack contains 5 trading cards and the original promotional game code insert.

• Official PopCap, Electronic Arts, and ADA promotional release

• Original game codes included
• Codes expired in 2012 and are not expected to work
