I post garments in pre-paid satchels.  These have tracking which can be accessed via Australia Post web site.

With some smaller/lighter items I am able to offer Standard Postage, ie large letter.  Charge includes the cost of postage, envelope & packaging.  Please note that this form of postage does not offer tracking.

Local customers are welcome to collect their purchases, therefore saving on postage costs altogether.
