This is an extremely SCARCE SIGNED copy of Helen Keller's Journal 1936-37 by Helen Keller.  VG+/VG+. Original rice(?) clear jacket and slipcase included.  Jacket is very fragile but intact.  Slipcase has minor flaws but also intact and pictured.  Binding is excellent and sound, almost seems unread.  Helen Keller was a brilliant woman.  As a blind and deaf child, Helen struggled to communicate.  Yet here we see a FINE EXAMPLE of how she even learned to sign her name--in pencil--presumably with the help of a ruler.  This book published in 1938 by Doubleday has its original price on inside free endpage, Helen's signature on an endpage before the half-title.  Please compare this signature with her other signed books.
