Key Features
  • This handwheel is CNC precision machined from solid aluminium billet without anodised surface treatment, retaining the original metallic silver finish.  Lightweight solid aluminium construction avoids the heavy weight of steel handwheels, reducing repetitive operation fatigue for operators.
  • The inner shaft hole adopts arc chamfer transition, making shaft assembly and disassembly smooth without scratching shaft surfaces, compatible with standard round motor and machine tool drive shafts.
  • Two symmetric locking grub screws on the hub firmly clamp the fitted shaft from two sides, eliminating radial slip during high-frequency rotation and vibration; positioning remains stable under continuous equipment operation.
  • Dense diamond knurl texture on the outer diameter greatly increases friction torque when turning by hand.
