These are rare black plastic ukulele tuners, to be in such great condition. I’ve heard that they may be Waverly brand, but I don’t know.

I’ve seen so many of these that were cracked, dirty, chipped, etc. These are still shiny.

Look closely; they do have a slight hairline crack, but as far as I can tell - they should hold up well if you don’t overdo the tightening of the screw.

They are about 1 1/2” long.

Look closely at the pictures and evaluate their condition.
