Functional

Tested – works as intended for a vintage lens.
Tested manually. No precision measurements were performed.
Some oil is visible on the aperture blades, but it does not affect the operation.

Optical system

Some fungus and dirt are visible, but they do not affect photos.
Thin haze is visible under strong light, but id does not affect photos.
Minor dust typical for age, but they do not affect the photos.
No scratches, cleaning marks, or balsam separation.
