Up for sale is a complete-in-box (CIB) copy of the real-time strategy milestone Stonkers for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48K.

​Published in 1983 by Imagine Software and programmed by John Gibson and David H. Lawson, Stonkers is widely regarded as one of the earliest foundations of the RTS genre. Players command an army of tanks, infantry, artillery, and supply trucks across a dynamic battlefield where managing supply lines is just as crucial as combat strategy.

​Condition Details (As pictured):

• ​Cassette Tape: Excellent cosmetic condition. The textured black shell is pristine. The marbled cream-white paper label is bright and features a clean blue Imagine logo. There is a very faint, historic pencil marking in the top left corner, but it is otherwise immaculate (Untested, sold as-is).
• ​J-Card Inlay: Original full-bleed illustrated insert. The vibrant yellow spine and front artwork are incredibly sharp and have resisted the typical sun-fading that plagues this title. Edges and folds are clean and crisp.
• ​Instruction Manual: The inner fold-out contains the complete rules, controls, and tactical strategy guides, alongside a photo/bio of programmer John Gibson. The paper is crisp, bright white, and free of tears or ink annotations.
• ​Jewel Case: Original black-backed plastic case. Functions perfectly with solid hinges. Shows minor surface storage scuffs and a small bit of historic sticker residue on the bottom inside-back plastic.
