The Laptop Receives charge (Charge light comes on) , Powers up but nothing on screen (screen stays black) and it makes 3 Beeps before shutting down 

Not included in the sale is the internal Drive( M.2 type) and no Power Supply

The laptop has no damages (nothing that I can see) it does have a lot of scratches on the screen lid and several case screws missing from the bottom cover.
