As is, for parts/repair only.  Comes with camera, 18-55mm DX ED Lens, battery and strap.  No charger.  Did not have a charger to test, so will be as is in untested condition.  Rubber grip shows wear/sticky.  Outer casing shows signs of wear from normal use. Picture is of actual item you will be receiving.
