Here’s an increasingly hard-to-find factory-sealed Walthers intermodal kit that’s been preserved exactly as it left the factory.

This is Walthers Kit No. 932-4951, decorated for TTX (Trailer Train) in the classic Elephant paint scheme as TTX 150869. The original Walthers factory cellophane remains intact, making this a genuine New Old Stock example that has never been opened.

The TTX “Elephant” fleet was a familiar sight hauling trailers and containers across North America, making these cars a favorite among modelers of modern intermodal operations. Today, unopened examples have become increasingly difficult to locate as these kits have long been discontinued.
