This listing is for a yellow strap with a D hook connect, two loops on each end and comes with a mesh bag carrying bag. This item looks like it could be used to tow something, however since I do not know the weight limitation on it I would only use it to tie down items or pull small items (atv, scooter, wagons, not cars. priced accordingly), it is about 11.5 ft in length, there are  some scuffs and black marks on the strap and other signs of light use.
